Air Care of NJ recognizes the need for fast and efficient handling of all matters pertaining to your equipment. That is why Air Care utilizes state of the art technology. From the field technicians to the billing department,  Air Care has the most up to date tools at their fingertips.      Training sessions are scheduled with the technicians to keep them up to date on everything from new equipment systems, to ways to troubleshoot older units. Air Care has their own training facility which is used in training sessions for a hands on experience. This gives the technicians the chance to practice and to ask questions in a virtual setting. Air Care is constantly updating this training facility to maintain a high standard of workmanship.

The dispatching department has the latest software to schedule and dispatch calls in the most efficient way possible. Using this software, the dispatch department is able to plan the technician’s day that is cost effective for both the company and the customer.  The software keeps track of what job the technician is on, how long he is on the job for, and what job would be the best for him to go to next.

Energy Management Systems are another technology advance in the HVAC industry. Manutfactuers are installing systems in equipment that enables contrators to monitor the equipment from a remote location. Air Care has access to monitoring equipment that is EMS enabled. Air Care dials directly into the location that is having an issue, and from the computer screen,  can tell which unit is not running properly. It also allows the service department to let the technicians know which zones are not getting enough cooling or heating.  This is a big change in the HVAC industry and Air Care has made the change with the industry. Air Care is a leader in service and technology.
